Vishuddha

The Fifth Chakra is the energy center connected to the authentic voice, creativity, and the ability to express one’s essence with clarity.
It is the chakra of communication and the artist. Located in the throat, it governs the way we communicate with the world: the words we choose and the deep connection between what we feel and what we express.

A space of listening and awareness, guided by Paola Ginevra, where we will explore:

the theoretical and philosophical aspects of the chakra of communication
its connection to creativity, art, and personal expression
guided breathing and visualization practices
practical exercises to support clarity, connection, and inner alignment
